The City of Evansville, Indiana is committed to providing easy ways for all citizens to share their concerns with the City and to report non-emergency issues such as potholes, trash collection, and animal issues. With the Citizen Concern mobile application, residents are able to report a concern or issue in real-time using smart phone technology. This gives them the ability to attach photos and submit non-emergency concerns on-the-spot. The Citizen Concern mobile application is fully-integrated with the City-wide internal network so requests are routed directly to the folks who can resolve the issue. The Citizen Concern mobile application is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to allow citizens to make these requests at their convenience, and it may also be used to check the status of requests previously submitted online.
